BLSSD – Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At BLSSD, we are committed to delivering premium-quality apparel. If something isn't right, we'll make every reasonable effort to resolve it.

Size Exchange

We offer one-time size exchanges within 48 hours of successful delivery, subject to:

  • Item is unused.
  • Original tags remain attached.
  • Original packaging is intact.
  • Product has not been washed, worn, altered, or damaged.

The requested size must be available in stock.

Note: For size replacement requests, additional charges may apply. Customers are required to bear the shipping expenses associated with the exchange.

Items Not Eligible

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Worn products
  • Washed products
  • Products without original tags
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Gift cards
  • Accessories (unless defective)

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive:

  • a damaged item,
  • a defective product,
  • or an incorrect item,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs
  • An unboxing video (recommended)

After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Returns

We currently do not accept returns for refunds due to change of mind, preference, or sizing issues.

Please refer to our size guide before placing your order.

Reverse Pickup

Where available, we will arrange reverse pickup.

If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, customers may be requested to self-ship the product. Reasonable shipping charges may be reimbursed after verification.

BLSSD – Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:

  • Product unavailable.
  • Incorrect or damaged item verified by our team.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer.
  • Change of mind.
  • Slight colour variations due to lighting or screen settings.
  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount.

For COD orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verification.

BLSSD – Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed.

BLSSD reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Pricing errors
  • Inventory issues
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Payment verification failure

Any cancelled prepaid order initiated by BLSSD will receive a full refund.
